"Rue Bourdelle is ideally located for access to the Le Mans circuit, a 20 minute walk. Self catering needs are met by local shops 5 minutes walk away and the tram stop for the 20 minute ride into LeMans Town Centre is only a 10 minute walk. The house is clean and has a good sized living/dining area and the 3 double bedrooms are all the same size. 2 x WCs is handy. The lovely garden is nice for enjoying evening drinks/meals.When the cost was shared by 3 people it represented excellent value-for-money accommodation in the week of The LeMans Classic event."

"The off-road car parking space is only big enough for one small car (eg. A Peugeot 208) but the road is quiet and secure allowing safe parking for 2 longer vehicles. UK visitors would be surprised to find no kettle or toaster provided and, as always in France, there are no English speaking TV channels."
